Carts should be out by 5am in order to avoid being missed, However most customers put their carts out the night before their pickup day

Bagging is highly recommended for several  reasons…..
•It helps keep your cart cleaner and smelling fresh 

•It helps us to empty your cart completely and keeps trash from sticking and accumulating in your cart

•It helps prevent trash from blowing out on the ground when dumping into the truck
•In the event of a mechanical issue we may temporarily have to hand load your trash till the tipper can be repaired, in which case loose trash would be left behind
